French pastry chef, Natasha Goellner, received her Grand Diploma in Pastry Arts, from The French Culinary Institute (FCI) in New York.

With a background in fine art, and her training in New York, every cake is a masterpiece of culinary art. Her travels to Europe and appreciation of beautiful gardens, fashion, and European pastry shops inspired her to create one of a kind couture cakes. Her wedding cakes are works of art, and their exquisite flavors have been described as ” … heaven with icing …”

Natasha’s wedding cakes are never duplicated, so every bride has a design which represents her unique style. Natasha uses only the finest ingredients available, and the combination of flavors and fillings is endless. She meets with brides in the private design room of her lovely French pastry shop for consultations and tastings.
